We live in a society where everything has to be done now! Not in 1, 2 or 3 days’ time – but now, right now!
If it involves lifting and shifting, lugging or hauling, Clarkson’s have a self-drive rental van available right now to do the job. Book it, arrive and drive!
A ‘short-term’ rental is traditionally anything from four hours to one week approximately. So whether it’s a last-minute rental if your own van is off the road, maybe you need to drop an urgent delivery to a client or possibly it’s an impulse trip to Ikea – the list is endless – we have a variety of vans for hire and can advise on the best one for your requirements. Trade and the public are always welcome at Clarkson’s – 7 days a week!
Cheap Van Hire
A short-term van hire is extremely cost-effective and much cheaper than using a delivery firm or a transport company. From as little as £26 you’re up and running in a new Clarkson rental van to get the job done.
Hire Van Delivered to Your Door
To make the job in hand even easier Clarkson’s can ever deliver the van to your address (home or work) for rentals of three days and over. For bona fide business users we can open a credit account for ongoing rentals.
Standard and Long Wheel Base Vans
for Hire
A standard Transit short wheelbase van offers an internal rear floor length of 2.4m whereas the long wheelbase variant offers 3.3m and the extra long Transit ‘Jumbo’ or Mercedes Sprinter offer a whopping 4.0m.
On offer we also have Transit tippers and crew cab tippers, ideal for shifting loose material such as sand, gravel and other aggregates.
Glasgow Based Van Hire
Having been based at Baillieston Lights, Glasgow (actual address 1-21 Swinton Crescent, Baillieston, Glasgow, G69 6AN) since 1978, we are a real landmark at Baillieston on the main A8 trunk road. We operate a fast, friendly and efficient vehicle rental service where we don’t like to needlessly over-complicate matters and for your convenience we are open 7 days. Clarkson Car and Van Rental is a Scottish family business, serving Scotland since 1978.
