We are fully aware that life is hectic and your plans can change minute by minute. We hugely appreciate your business and if you need to cancel we understand. If you’ve reserved a rental car or van with us and you no longer require your reservation we ask that you please do call us to cancel the booking.
We are generally always very busy and while we try to keep everyone happy all the time our job become so much more difficult (and frustrating) when we get a ‘no show’ i.e. when a rental vehicle has been reserved and the customer fails to advise us that they no longer require the vehicle. This in turn means that the vehicle can’t be given to someone else in need.
A lot of work goes on behind the scenes to fulfil each booking. Cancelling isn’t a problem and we understand. Please just let us know in advance. See Clarksons Terms & Conditions for full cancellation details). Thanks.
