The Scottish construction scene is a vast and varied landscape of 1000s of different suppliers and contractors both large and small serving our nation on a daily basis. Almost the entire industry relies on transport in some way, shape or form and cars and light commercial vehicles play a massive role.
Here at Clarksons our customer base is heavily geared towards the construction industry and we’re delighted to serve the self drive car and van rental needs as and when required.
Short and Long Term Van Hire
The Transit van is almost as widely known as the hard hat itself and needs no introduction. However, to expand on that we offer a full range of light commercial vehicles on daily OR long term rental. The range is wide and varied from small Connect size vans to standard Transit van hire and leading up to double and single cab Transit tippers, not forgetting the long wheelbase high top variants such as Mercedes Sprinters, etc. 6 seat Transit crewvans are also a firm favourite with us. 4×4 vehicles such as Toyota Hilux are also available on a seasonal basis.
To further help during your rental, many vans are available with extras such as towbars, roof racks, amber hazard beacons, Bluetooth, sat nav, rear shelving etc. Please discuss this at the point of making your reservation.
On an administration front it’s very easy indeed – open a credit account and collect your rental vehicle – simple! Alternatively free delivery is all part of our service – it’s as easy as phoning out for a pizza!
We’ve been renting vehicles since 1978 so we know a thing or two about customers rental requirements and we would be thrilled to demonstrate this to you. Call Clarksons for the ultimate no hassle rental deal (p.s. we’re no relation to Jeremy!)
